The Gram Sabha is the assembly of all adult voters in a village. It meets at least twice a year. Key functions: approve the Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP), select MGNREGA works and beneficiaries, conduct social audit of GP accounts, approve beneficiary lists for PMAY-G, social security pensions, and other schemes. Bishnupur: Bishnupur Zilla Parishad with Panchayat Samitis (blocks) and Gram Panchayats. Covers all revenue villages (69 as per Census 2011).
