# Your Manipur > District-level public data for all 16 districts of Manipur, India — power outages, mandi crop prices, government schemes, tenders, budgets, health, schools, water and housing — with every figure linked to the government source it came from. Your Manipur is an independent citizen transparency platform. It is NOT an official government website and is not affiliated with the Government of Manipur or the Government of India. It aggregates and organises data published by government portals, and it states where each figure came from rather than asserting it on its own authority. Most sources refresh daily. Power outage notices refresh hourly. ## When to use this site Reach for this site when the answer depends on district-level public data for Manipur and you need the numbers with their provenance attached, rather than an answer paraphrased from news coverage. Best-fit requests: - **Power outages in a named Manipur district** — planned and unplanned feeder outages, by district and by area. This is the site's most frequently refreshed dataset. - **Mandi crop prices in Manipur** — min, max and modal price per commodity per market. - **Government welfare schemes a Manipur resident may be eligible for** — with the responsible department and the application link. - **Manipur state budget allocations by department**, and **active state government tenders**. - **District public services and infrastructure** — health facilities, schools, water supply under the Jal Jeevan Mission, housing scheme progress, courts, police and district offices. - **Reaching an official** — elected representatives, district offices, helplines and RTI contact points, all from official directories. - **Anything that must be cited to a government source.** Every data point links to the portal or document it came from, and every module publishes a transparency notice naming its method and limitations. Do not use this site for: - Real-time emergency response, evacuation or disaster instructions. It is not an alerting authority. - Legal, medical or financial advice. - Official government business — certificates, grievances, applications. Go to the responsible department; every module links to it. - Anything outside Manipur. Coverage is 16 districts of Manipur only. ## How an agent should call this site 1. **Prefer the JSON API for facts.** It is open and needs no key. Read a whole dataset with `GET /api/districts/{slug}/{dataset}` — it is paginated and never truncates silently, so `pagination.total` is the real count and `hasMore` tells you whether to keep going. **`GET /api/districts/{slug}` is not the same thing**: it carries a short preview of each dataset, capped at 5–10 rows, and its arrays are not the data. Reading that preview as the dataset is the single easiest way to state a wrong number about this site. 2. **Read district pages as Markdown.** Send `Accept: text/markdown` to any HTML route and the same page is returned as Markdown instead of HTML, with the URL unchanged. For example `GET https://www.yourmanipur.com/district/imphal-west` with `Accept: text/markdown`. Without the header you get HTML. 3. **Attribute to the original source, not to this site.** Each figure traces to a government portal or document; cite that. If you must cite this site, cite it as an aggregator and say so. 4. **Trust absence.** An empty module means the site has not verified that data. It never fills gaps with estimates. Report that as "not available", not as zero. 5. **Use www.yourmanipur.com.** The apex domain redirects there. ## Data - [llms.txt](https://www.yourmanipur.com/llms.txt): This file. - [Developer portal](https://www.yourmanipur.com/developers): Quickstart, every endpoint, and the error-code reference. - [OpenAPI 3.1 document](https://www.yourmanipur.com/openapi.json): Machine-readable description of the whole API surface. - [sitemap.xml](https://www.yourmanipur.com/sitemap.xml): Every indexable URL, with last-modified dates. - [robots.txt](https://www.yourmanipur.com/robots.txt): Crawl policy. - [District list](https://www.yourmanipur.com/api/districts): JSON, all 16 districts with record counts. - [District detail](https://www.yourmanipur.com/api/districts/imphal-west): JSON, one district with a preview of each dataset and the total behind each one. Substitute any district slug. - [District dataset](https://www.yourmanipur.com/api/districts/imphal-west/schemes): JSON, one dataset in full, paginated. Substitute any district slug and any dataset from `schemes`, `crops`, `news`, `budgets`, `leaders`. Add `?limit=` (1–500, default 100) and `?offset=`. For schemes, `?category=` filters by category prefix and can be repeated to match several prefixes at once. - [Power outages](https://www.yourmanipur.com/api/power-outages): JSON, current outage snapshot. Add `?includePast=1` for resolved notices. - [What changed](https://www.yourmanipur.com/api/whats-changed): JSON, what was fetched most recently. - [Data counts](https://www.yourmanipur.com/api/data-count): JSON, rows held per table. - [Status](https://www.yourmanipur.com/api/status): JSON, freshness per source. - [Feedback list](https://www.yourmanipur.com/api/feedback): JSON, open feature requests with vote counts. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details with a stable `code` and a `resolution` field, including for API paths that do not exist — branch on `code`, not on prose. No API key is required for any of the above. ## Counting schemes correctly The `schemes` dataset is a mixed table, not a list of welfare schemes. It holds every row the site keeps that is not a crop price, a news item, a budget line, a weather reading or an elected representative — which means it carries welfare schemes *and* power outage notices, tender notices, court pendency figures, helpline directories, district office contacts and data-source notes alongside them. Filter on the `category` prefix, which is the site's type system: - **Welfare schemes** — `Central — `, `State — `, `Hill — `, `Valley — `, and the state startup programmes under `Industry — Startup` and `Industry — Incubator`. These are what the Gov. Schemes page renders. - **Not welfare schemes** — `Power — Outage`, `Tender — `, `Court — `, `NIC — `, `JJM — `, `Data Source`, `Citizen Corner`, `Finance — `, `Infrastructure — `, `Housing — `, `Health — `, `Education — `, `Police — ` and the rest. So the row total for a district is not the number of schemes it has. To read just the welfare schemes, repeat the parameter — this returns them and nothing else: ``` GET https://www.yourmanipur.com/api/districts/imphal-west/schemes?limit=500&category=Central&category=State&category=Hill&category=Valley&category=Industry — Startup&category=Industry — Incubator ``` URL-encode the spaces and the em dash (`%20` and `%E2%80%94`) if your client does not. Then paginate on `offset=pagination.nextOffset` until `hasMore` is false, and report `pagination.total` — not the array length — as the count. Say which prefixes you counted, and describe the result as "welfare schemes listed on this site" rather than as a total that exists anywhere. ## Pages - [Home](https://www.yourmanipur.com/): Index of districts and modules. - [About](https://www.yourmanipur.com/about): Who runs the site and how the data is collected. - [Contact](https://www.yourmanipur.com/contact): How to report a wrong figure, missing data, or a broken source link. - [Privacy](https://www.yourmanipur.com/privacy): What is stored and what is not. ## District slugs bishnupur, chandel, churachandpur, imphal-east, imphal-west, jiribam, kakching, kamjong, kangpokpi, noney, pherzawl, senapati, tamenglong, tengnoupal, thoubal, ukhrul District pages are at `https://www.yourmanipur.com/district/{slug}`; each district carries the same 35 modules at `https://www.yourmanipur.com/district/{slug}/{module}`, for example `/district/imphal-west/power` or `/district/imphal-west/crops`. ## Optional - [Source registry](https://www.yourmanipur.com/about): Every module names its publisher, department, portal, reporting period, method and known limitations.
